Andy Dyer has been involved in aircraft sales and acquisitions for nearly 20 years. Mr. Dyer is an instrument rated commercial pilot who began his career immediately following the completion of a degree in Business and Commercial Aviation. Prior to founding The Dyer Group, Inc., he gained valuable industry experience working with a national aircraft sales organization. Mr. Dyer’s unique combination of aviation and business interests, his vast knowledge of the performance and operating costs of most major aircraft types, and his extensive industry contacts have steered the company to success. He is able to quickly understand and assess your aviation needs and provide expert analysis of the overall market and its current trends. His ability to navigate the intricate details of aviation transactions is unsurpassed and imparts confidence to every client.

Stephen Wood 
Stephen Wood joined The Dyer Group, Inc. after managing and operating a successful business in Greenville, SC. The son of a pilot/jet owner, Mr. Wood has for many years been keenly interested in the aviation industry.
